WME magazine is produced on Apple Macintosh computers.
Preferred formats for advertising artwork materials:
1. Hi-Resolution PDF
A Hi-Res, CMYK file at 100% can be supplied for all size ads.
Exact Postscript settings
Postscript Level: Level 1 Data Format:
Binary Font Inclusion: All Registration: Centered, Bleed of
5mm and Offset 18pt Paper width: 240mm (for full page ads)
Paper height: 327mm (for full page ads) Resolution: 2400dpi
Frequency: 175lpi
2. Adobe Photoshop (CS5 or less)
Ensure files are saved as .JPEG or .TIFF files in CMYK mode. Resolution for all graphics/images should be 300dpi at 100%. If graphics or images are to be scanned please supply original B&W or colour photographs, transparencies (positives) or bromides.
3. Adobe Illustrator (CS5 or less)
Files to be saved as .eps in CMYK mode. All fonts must be converted to outlines.
N.B.: WORD AND POWERPOINT FILES NOT ACCEPTED AS FINAL ARTWORK
These file formats will be used as a layout guide only. All graphic and text elements should be supplied individually for reassembly in a page layout program by us.

Proofs
Every effort will be made to match the proof supplied, however
please note that your proof may not be an accurate colour
guide, as equipment and calibration vary. For a more accurate
colour guide please provide reference to a suitable colour
swatch (PMS or CMYK) book.
IMPORTANT: If a colour proof (or mono proof for mono
advertisement) is not provided we do not accept responsibility
for reproduction quality or errors.
